Policies & Guidelines at Lazy Getaways

SMOKING: All our units are non-smoking. There is a $250 Fee for Smoking in the unit. Also no candles, open flames or incense. You may smoke outside and incurred trash must be disposed of outside or the Fee still applies. If you smoke in your rentalthere will be a $250 cleaning charge.

UNVERIFIED GUESTS: No parties are permitted. If underage drinking is suspected you will be removed from the property with no refund. All guests must be paid and accounted for in the booking. You will be charged $100 for any non-registered guest during quiet hours.

Wi-Fi: We offer complimentary Wi-Fi at all of our units, however, most units are rural and we cannot predict the availability nor speed of the internet. If you do not have cell service, it is best to connect to the Wi-Fi from your phone for it to work. There are no refunds if there are Wi-Fi issues our of our control.

SURVEILLANCE: Some of our Properties do have cameras outside for safety and security. They are capable of audio and video recording. 

MINIMUM STAY: Some units require a two-night minimum stay. A three-night minimum stay is required for some holidays. If it is 48 hours or less before your preferred arrival and the date you would like for a single night is still available, please call us for a possible exception.

PETS: All pets must be paid and accounted for. Please clean up after your pet and use public areas for restroom breaks. If your pet barks excessively please be courteous to your neighbors and do not leave them unattended.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in time is 4 PM or after. Check-out time is before 11am. 

QUIET HOURS: 9PM - 9AM. No excessive noise please, be courteous to your neighbors.

DEPOSITS: When you book, a 50% deposit will be charged to your credit card.

OUTDOOR AMENITIES: Outdoor amenities do malfunction. Hot tubs, fire pits, grills and other amenities are not included in pricing and we do not issue refunds for any malfunctions. Please notify us of any issues with these items during your stay and we will do our best to remedy the issue during your stay. There is NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. Hot tubs and swimming pools are to be used at your own risk. Children under 14 are not recommended to use a hot tub and must be supervised at all times. Please do not heat the hot tub above 104 degrees. Shower before using. No diapers, lotion, oils or food permitted. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged if a diaper or paper enters the hot tub.

CANCELLATIONS and CHANGES: If your travel plans change and you must cancel or change your reservation: Call or email us at least 14 days prior to your arrival date for a cheerful refund of your deposit less a $20 service charge per unit booked. If you call or email less than 14 days, not including the day of arrival, we will be pleased to use your deposit to confirm another stay for you (of at least the same duration) within 60 days of your planned arrival date.

BIRTHDAY AND ANNIVERSARY COUPONS: Birthday and Anniversary coupons are only to be used once per calender year. You agree that we can remove any coupons exceeding this limit from your booking.



COMMUNICATION: Your hosts are available by phone and text 9AM-9PM Daily. If you will be checking in outside these hours, please notify the host so that they can watch for communication regarding any check in issues.
